The Council is pleased that the area has obtained Dementia Friendly Status.
Cllr Diane Todd is the Parish Council lead on this issue..

Cllr P. Haden is liaising to try to get some training delivered at local schools. (Nov 2019)
Cllr D. Todd has said “I have set up a small steering group aiming to help support our residents and carers who live with dementia. I am in process of getting the email addresses. We also have a facebook page which will share information. Once a month we will put on afternoon tea at the library, hopefully the first one will take place”. (Nov 19).
